Hettesheimer Run (also known as Hettesheimer's Run) is a tributary of Bowman Creek in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately long and flows through Noxen Township. The watershed of the stream has an area of . It is not designated as an impaired waterbody. The stream was historically used as an industrial water supply. Its watershed is designated as a High-Quality Coldwater Fishery and a Migratory Fishery and the stream is Class A Wild Trout Waters. ==Course== Hettsheimer Run begins in a valley to the west of Schooley Mountain in Noxen Township. It flows southeast through the valley for several tenths of a mile before turning south-southeast. After several tenths of a mile, the stream turns south-southwest and enters the census-designated place of Noxen. It then exits its valley and reaches its confluence with Bowman Creek.〔 Hettesheimer Run joins Bowman Creek upstream of its mouth.
